The Academy aims to provide quality music instruction to students of all ages. We are committed to developing individual talent and imagination in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The courses we offer provide the training and experience necessary for students to discover the joy of personal artistic expression as well as develop skills that will lead to a career in music performance, music teaching and related fields.

The Laszlo Tamasik Dance Academy in partnership with the Academy of Music is dedicated to providing the very finest training. The diverse program for children and adults offers classes in ballet, modern dance, jazz and tap. At all levels dance helps develop coordination, fitness and a sense of rhythm, musicality and expression as well as promoting self-discipline and self confidence.

Laszlo Tamasik Dance Academy

The Academy Drama programs provide opportunities for students to develop their acting skills in a lively and professional environment. Designed for young people who have a genuine enthusiasm for acting, these courses encourage students to build self-confidence, expand and develop communication skills, and stimulate the imagination. Basic warm-up exercises develop range and expressiveness in body and voice. Productions, whether improvised or scripted, give the students a sense of accomplishment, and the confidence to take the stage again.

On-Camera Acting

The visual arts classes are developed to provide children and adults with an opportunity to study art in a fun, supportive and creative environment.  Throughout the program students are educated in all aspects of art including developing technical ability, expanding knowledge of historical and contemporary artists, learning from each others work, mastering different materials and choosing artwork for public display.

Performing Ensembles

The Academy offers various instrumental performing ensembles to provide opportunities for individual instrumentalists to study and perform music. Ensembles are created for as few as two students and as many as fifty students.
