nest Yoga
In 2018 Tammy Dawn Siddall trained as a Certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha, Kundalini, Dream, Hidden Language Hatha and Yoga Nidra. Tammy’s training began at Yasodhara Ashram with †he Yoga Development Course, equating to over 650 hours of yogic training. Tammy’s studio – nest will offer a variety of yoga classes containing elements of all her training. The schedule will vary throughout the year with one on one or small group consultation available upon request.

An ancient practice with a modern focus, Yoga Nidra is the practice of awakening through sleep. In this class, students will rest in stillness as the body, mind and spirit are explored through awareness. Suitable for all levels. Students are encouraged to bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, and eye mask (optional) to make a cozy nest for themselves. | FRIDAY MORNING- Hatha Flow & Yoga Nidra |

Using gentle and effective Hatha postures to open the body in preparation for the healing journey of Yoga Nidra. This class is 1.5 hours in length and a great way to end the week. Suitable for all levels. |
